(MENAFN) Dubai's Nakheel announced it finished the construction and handovers at the Al Furjan community, Arabian Business reported.
The company said it completed all of the 819 homes and all landscaping work, including terraced homes and villas built in clusters linked by 32 park areas.
The project will have a community centre with shops, cafes and areas to socialize.
The Dubai-based developer had recently reported revenues of USD1.15 billion in the first six months of this year, increasing by 36 percent versus the same period last year. Net profits in the same period increased by 57 percent hitting USD327 million.
