(MENAFN) Oman's Galfar Engineering said that Galfar firms and Daewoo executed a contract for the construction of the Duqm Dry Docks and its facilities in the period between 2008 and 2011, Times of Oman reported.
After the completion of the project, some flaws in the accommodation area appeared due to the nature of the soil in the area, the company explained.
Discussions are underway between the designer, the contractor, the consultants and the clients aided by external consultants. The company said that no further information can be provided until a decision has been made.
