Jordan public revenues raise 19


(MENAFN) Umayya Toukan, Finance Minister of Jordan, announced on Monday that a boost in public revenues hit 19 percent by the end of the first six months of the current year, according to Jordan Times. The public revenues went up by USD672.8 million in the first half of 2013 to reach USD4.19 billion compared to USD3.5 billion in the previous year's same period. The country controls the financial status, fiscal performance, and the economic and financial reform program while the International Cooperation Ministry expects to receive soft loans, and financial assistance at about USD400 million.
