Kuwait- Selling used stamps


(MENAFN- Arab Times) Two Bangladeshi employees of a government office have been arrested for selling used state stamps, reports Al-Shahed daily. When securitymen received information about the illegal activities of the two Bangladeshi office boys, they observed them and caught them in the act while they were selling used state stamps to police agents. Investigations revealed that they used to remove the stamps from old transaction files and sell them. Kuwaiti's car stolen: An unidentified individual was arrested for stealing the vehicle of a Kuwaiti businessman, reports Al-Shahed daily. According to a security source, the Kuwaiti lodged a complaint at Sulaibiya Police station against an unknown individual who stole his vehicle of latest model, which had no number plate and was being prepared for exporting to Iraq. After taking down the descriptions of the vehicle, securitymen distributed it to the patrol teams. One of the patrol teams noticed an individual driving the vehicle with a forged number plate. He was arrested and referred for investigations during which he revealed that he stole the car for his personal use. Necessary legal action was taken against him.
