Consolidated Contractors Company (CCC) was awarded the sixth package of the Batinah Expressway, Times of Oman reported.
CCC took the contract from between other 14 companies with a bid of USD339 million, the fourth highest bid.
The Batinah Expressway sixth package consists of a 45-km road stretch out of the total 265-km.
The expressway runs along important sites, and is to reduce travel time between Muscat and the UAE by an hour.
