IMF asked Spain to increase efforts to reduce unemployment


(MENAFN) The International Monetary Fund (IMF)asked Spain to increase its efforts to create jobs to put a stop to the growing unemployment rate, reported Kuwait News Agency. Unemployment in Spain is expected to be over 26 percent for as long as 2018 and then go down to 25 .3 percent. The IMF stated that by 2018, Spanish economy will grow by 1 percent. Deficit in the country is expected to be at 6.7 percent this year, and going down to 5.9 in 2014.
