GCC investors excluded from paying taxes in Turkey

(MENAFN) The Turkey's Consul General in Saudi Arabia announced that his country has exempted Gulf investors from paying taxes, which is considered a step forward in maintaining good relations with the region, reported Saudi Gazzette. The Turkish government has made such facilitation to the increasing number of Saudi investors, which as Ahmed Al-Marbai, member of the Industrial Committee at the Jeddah Chamber of Commerce and Industry, explained that imposed taxes by foreign governments stand as obstacle. It's worth mentioning that the Trukish government has announced earlier regulations that allow the Saudi investors to hold lands and property under their names directly.
