Tunisian Ministry of Interior Calls for Peaceful Demonstrations


(MENAFN- Qatar News Agency)   The Tunisian Ministry of the Interior has called for adhering to peaceful demonstrations and not to sabotage the sovereign buildings, public and private properties. The Ministry of the Interior, said in a statement released here on Saturday that the demonstrations must respect the law and not to disturb public order in the country, indicating that it will protect the right of the peaceful demonstration to all citizens under the law. The ministry pointed out that these measures come "on the basis of exceptional circumstances" happened in the country after the assassination of Mohamed Brahmi, the General Coordinator of the Popular Movement and member of the National Constituent Assembly earlier Thursday .
