(MENAFN- Arab Times) Police have arrested a Kuwaiti couple for possessing and consuming drugs, reports Al-Rai daily. According to the daily the couple was arrested while driving along the Chalets Road. They aroused police suspicion because they were singing. While issuing a citation a police officer discovered they were disoriented. Securitymen then searched their vehicle and seized 25 narcotic pills
