Nakheel hands The Pointe's works contract
(MENAFN) Arabian Business stated that the Dubai-based real estate company, Nakheel, has handed a contract to Freyssinet Gulf to begin preparation works at its USD217.7 million complex on Palm Jumeirah.
Preparations will start before the end of this month and will go on for four months. Construction of the complex itself, called The Pointe, is scheduled to begin by the end of the year, and finish in 2016.
The Pointe will include shopping and recreational facilities and will be constructed on the top of Palm Jumeirah.
