(MENAFN- Arab Times) An Asian expatriate involved in theft cases was arrested in Salmiya area. According to security sources, securitymen were patrolling Salmiya area at night when they noticed an Asian expatriate walking in a lot.
They sensed his nervousness as they approached him and checked his details to discover he was involved in theft cases. They arrested him and referred him to the concerned authorities for necessary legal action against him. Meanwhile, two Asian expatriates in violation of the residency law were arrested in Hawally area.
According to security sources, securitymen were patrolling Hawally area when they stopped a vehicle with two occupants for checking. They discovered that they were Asian expatriates in violation of the residency law for about a month. They were arrested and referred to the police station of the area for necessary legal action against them.
