(MENAFN- Arab Times) A 39-year old Srilankan expatriate, who works at a leading company in Kuwait, was arrested in possession of drugs including heroin and a sum of KD 653 which he obtained by selling the drugs.
According to security sources, while Farwaniya securitymen were patrolling Rabya area, they noticed man sitting inside a Japanese-made vehicle which he parked near a bachelor accommodation.
They checked his details and discovered he is a Srilankan expatriate. Sensing his nervousness, they checked his vehicle and found narcotic pills, sachets of heroin and KD 653. He was arrested and referred to the concerned authorities for necessary legal action against him.
