(MENAFN- Arab Times) The Director of Operations of the Hawalli Governorate Security Directorate has referred two Kuwaitis to the General Department of Drugs Control, reports Alam Alyawm daily.
The daily one of the men had earlier been arrested and sentenced to a prison term for possessing hashish.
The suspects - aged 34 and 41 years old -- were arrested in a suburb of Nugra, for reckless driving and while issuing a citation, the officer discovered the men were abnormal. Police have also seized a small quantity of drugs from their vehicle.
