Magnitude 5.1 Earthquake Hits Central Algeria


(MENAFN- Qatar News Agency) An earthquake measuring 5.1 on the Richter scale hit at dawn today central Algeria. There were no reports of injuries. According to the Astronomy, Astrophysics and Geophysics Research Center, the epicenter of the earthquake was located 4 km from Hammam Melouane region in Blida province.
