(MENAFN- Khaleej Times) Kele Contracting has entered into a renewed agreement with Al Mazaya Real Estate for the completion and handover of two new phases of the prominent Queue Point project in Liwan.
An integrated residential project, the San Francisco-inspired Queue Point development is targeted at the mid-income sector and offers luxury yet affordable living in the fast-growing and increasingly popular Liwan development. The project has already seen an influx of residents seeking reasonably priced property that does not compromise on quality.
According to Kele chief executive officer Andrew Elias, their current contract for phases one to three of the works comprises 13 buildings and are set to be completed within the coming months. In addition a further two buildings, forming phase four, will be handed over in the first quarter of 2014.
