(MENAFN- Arab Times) Securitymen have arrested an unidentified Kuwaiti man who had been sentenced in absentia to nine years imprisonment, reports Al-Rai daily.
The daily added, the man was arrested for reckless driving and while issuing a citation, the officer discovered the man was under the influence of drugs.
After checking his name on computer, police discovered he was wanted by law to serve a prison term. Police have reportedly seized from his car four Tramadol pills and drugs.
