(MENAFN- Arab Times) Two military officers of ranks 'Sergeant Major' and 'Vice Corporal' working at the Ministry of Interior were arrested recently for assaulting and abusing a Kuwaiti citizen in his 30s in Rumaithiya area. According to security sources, the citizen informed officers from Rumaithiya Police Station that a patrol team stopped him in the area for checking, after which one of the officers abused and hit him.
The police officer at the station registered a case against the two military officers and summoned them, after which they were referred to the concerned authorities for necessary legal action against them.
