(MENAFN) Saudi Arabia is studying a plan to upgrade its national guard by SD 4 billion military sale offered by the United States, A US defence organisation said.
The Defence Security Cooperation Agency said the deal in case it was sealed, it would include associated equipment, parts, training and logistical support.
It's worth mentioning that currently there are nearly 250 US Government personnel and 650 representatives in the Kingdom backing the Saudi National Guard modernization programme.
