(MENAFN- Khaleej Times) Â Nakheel on Monday launched the sale of 84 townhouses and a 608,000sqft waterfront recreational area at Jumeirah Islands.
The four-bedroom townhouses - of which 40 per cent have already been sold with a sales value of Dh140 million - each cover 3,630sqft. Prices range from Dh3.95 million to Dh4.86 million, depending on plot size, location and view.
