Kuwait- 2 held drunk

(MENAFN- Arab Times)  Two people were arrested by policemen in Salmiya area for consuming liquor, and the first suspect was found to be involved in many civil and criminal cases after his details had been checked. Security sources said officers on routine duty in the area came across two youths inside a vehicle, which was going beyond the normal speed limit, and they ordered them to stop for checking. The officers then discovered the two men were drunk and referred them to the concerned authority.
