Turkish Airlines adds flights to Saudi Al Qassim


(MENAFN)Senior Vice President Marketing & Sales for Turkish Airlines, Ziya Taskent stated that the airline started direct flights from Al Qassim in Saudi Arabia to Istanbul, reported Saudi Gazette. Taskent also said that Al Qassim is now the seventh city which Turkish Airlines services in the Kingdom. He stressed the importance of Saudi as a very strong market for Europe's best airline. The Vice President explained that the establishment of the new route came in response to the high growth in passenger traffic across Saudi Arabia and the wider Middle East. Turkish Airlines' 32 ME destinations recorded an increase of one million passengers in 2012 compared to 2011.
