(MENAFN- Qatar News Agency) Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev signed a decree to extend a 10 million dollar humanitarian and financial assistance to Palestine in 2013.
The relevant document was placed on the website of legal information on Monday.
The Foreign Ministry was instructed to coordinate the terms of providing financial assistance with the Palestinian side. Under the decree, funds should be transferred to Palestine from the Foreign Ministry's budget assignments on financial assistance to other countries and the Finance Ministry's budget assignments concerning the fulfillment of Russia's international obligations.
